GUIDELINES FOR COPYRIGHT FORM SUBMISSION
- The Copyright form will be submitted through the Microsoft CMT account.
- Refer to the link to understand the process of copyright transfer.
- You need to go to the IEEE Copyright Web Site to submit IEEE Copyright Form.
- Upon completion, there is an option to download the completed IEEE Copyright Form in PDF. Make sure to download a copy of the completed form. When you are finished, you will be redirected back to Author Console.
- Once you have the file, you may either drag and drop the file into the dotted region or click ‘Upload from Computer’ to upload the file that way. Then click ‘Save.’
Please follow the below instructions, to begin with the Registration process of SCEECS 2023.
- One of the authors (not necessarily the first author) must register for the conference for the paper to be part of the conference proceedings.
- Each author who is registering for the conference is required to fill up a registration form whose link is given below in the mail.
- If there is any special requirement, mention that in the remarks section of the Registration Form.
- Camera ready copy will only be considered after the submission of the Registration Form.
- If the paper's page limit exceeds over 6 then a fee of Rs. 300 per extra page must be paid with the registration fees (if there are multiple authors registering, only one of them has to pay that.)
- No changes in the registration form will be allowed after submitting it.
NOTE
Before filling out the registration form kindly make the
payment as the form asks for a transaction ID.

Late Registration (After 5 Feb 2022 and before 15 Feb 2022) -- Rs. 1500 -
Non-IEEE Members
Early Registration (Before 5 February 2022) -- Rs. 1000
Late Registration (After 5 Feb 2022 and before 15 Feb 2022) -- Rs. 1500
NOTE
- Registration Fee is for oral presentation.
- Registration will not be accepted after 15 Feb 2022.
- The fee includes conference certificate, conference
proceedings, and guest lecture series passes.
